Rather than a for-profit rental available to the public, we’re sharing this special beach house privately with close friends by word-of-mouth. It has been a blessing to us through the years. We want it to be a blessing to you... for peace, rest, and enjoyment.

Enjoy a relaxing stay at Folly Beach and support Christian ministries at the same time. Your payment covers the upkeep and maintenance of the property and the remainder is given to Christian ministries. You are giving to ministries like Miracle Hill, In Touch Ministries, and Lowcountry Biblical Counseling Center. These organizations share the love of Jesus Christ by helping people in need, evangelizing the nations, and restoring hope in a lost world.

About my Sea Haven

In the early 1970s, our beloved "Mimi" purchased land and a small beach cottage located on the east side of the island of Folly Beach. Completed in 2003, the family constructed a larger home in place of the cottage that could accommodate the two growing families. Today, multiple generations spend summers by the ocean.

The house has two “sides”, although it’s not technically a duplex. The left side is occupied by one of the families. The right side includes two guest units ready for you to enjoy.

Deepwater Dock

The property sits directly on the Folly River along the north shore of the island. Take a walk along the boardwalk or enjoy swimming, fishing, or boating from the pier head. The Atlantic Ocean is accessible from the Folly River along the West side of the island. With over 2000 properties on Folly Beach, this is one of only 32 with deep water access.

As of July 2023, the dock is closed for repair.

ISLAND ACTIVITIES

Enjoy family-friendly activities to fill your vacation all within walking distance from the beach house. Start your morning with a sunrise walk on the beach. Then set out to Lost Dog Cafe for coffee and breakfast. Try paddleboarding and kayaking along the Folly River. Or rent bicycles and tour the island. You'll find amazing spots to explore like Morris Island Lighthouse at the east end of the island. Don't forget about Bert's Market for a few groceries or when you need a sandwich, snack, or scoop of ice cream. Spend the afternoon on the tennis or basketball court, or simply relax and sunbath on the beach. Finally, satisfy your appetite at one of many dinner restaurants like Rita's Seaside Grill or Taco Boy.

HIGH HAVEN

This spacious 1,870 sqft unit sleeps six comfortably. It features two bedrooms (queen size beds), a loft with sitting area and two twin beds, two full bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen with bar seats, and a large multi-function room. Amenities include wireless internet, washer and dryer, television, central HVAC, and dedicated parking.

Note: Peak season is Jun-Aug, mid season is Mar-May and Sep-Oct, off season is Nov-Feb; Minimum stay is 3 nights; Weekly rate requires 7+ nights

**A cleaning fee of $150 is applied to each reservation

RIVER HAVEN

Perfect for couples, this cozy 400 sqft efficiency apartment offers scenic views of the Folly River. Tucked away on the ground floor, it features a comfortable queen bed, stand-up shower, and kitchen with full-size refrigerator and microwave oven. Amenities include wireless internet, television, and dedicated parking.

Note: Peak season is Jun-Aug, mid season is Mar-May and Sep-Oct, off season is Nov-Feb; Minimum stay is 2 nights; Weekly rate requires 7+ nights
